Do you have a physical retail store?
We are a web-based store. Due to the high overhead and operating cost for a brick and mortar store, we will continue selling online so that we are able to keep our prices at the lowest.

What currency is the price in? 
All prices stated are in Singapore Dollars (SGD)

Does BloomViaGroom ship worldwide? Will I have to pay duties and taxes on my international shipment?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Your international order may incur duties and import taxes, which are determined by your local customs authority. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Horus is not responsible for payment of duties & import taxes.

FREE Shipping
As we are offering FREE Shipping, please allow between 15-30 days for your order to arrive. If more than 30 days have passed please email us (contact@bloomviagroom.com) to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.

Shipping time may delayed or changed according to the coronavirus outbreak. We will try our best to get the order to you as soon as possible.

We only accept returns if they are defective or damaged. We must receive your request within 30 days of the date you received your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, we’re happy to exchange the item for a new one. Please email us within 30 days of receiving your product to begin the process.

Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. We will deduct the cost of return shipping from your refund.
